But could you please give us the make and model of your system so that we can further check? There are multiple C's, and there's a RH RC. My current thermostat is an old honeywell and broken which is why I thought a new smart thermostat would be great. Please any help wo I can return this in the window if needed. Do I leave any wires out or is it just not going to work =/&lt;/P&gt;</description>
