    <description>&lt;P&gt;My energy provider is National Grid, and they have a program where they control thermostats during peak hours to lessen the amount of energy draw. Because I signed up for that program,, I don't do much manual adjusting. They do it all for me. That way I can help do my part whether I'm at home or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
