I’ve set up a Genio device in the app that I can turn off and on through there

it won’t work when I ask my mini to turn on

I’ve removed the device and re linked it still no luck

any suggestions

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? I would suggest deleting the old household and creating a brand new one within the Google Home app.
