Govee not connecting

The govee home is linked on my google home but nothing pops up.

i restarted and disconnected and reconnected the apps and nothing still.

help please

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what are the devices you have in the Govee app? Were you able to control them just fine using the Govee app? If your router is dual-band, are they connected to the same band the Google Home app is connected to?

Works fine with govee app. When i synce govee to home, nothing populates. How do I switch the wifi bands?

Hi there,

Normally, dual-band routers provide two WiFi networks: the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. Can you see WiFi connections on your network? If yes, try to connect your phone to the other WiFi network > Force close and reopen the Google Home app > Command Google Home to "Sync my devices.". If the issue persists, I suggest you contact Govee support to check if there’s any settings you need to enable or change from the Govee app when integrating the devices with Google Home.
