Thanks for the input, Hollen_ar_mor.

Marcelo_Velvet, let's get this sorted out. Is this the first time you will link your LG ThinQ account to Google Home? Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, is your phone connected to the same WiFi band as your LG TV?

Try doing these steps:

Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove LG ThinQ app’s access.
Clear app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and LG ThinQ) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
Force close and reopen the Google Home app, then link LG ThinQ again.

If that didn’t work, try to use a different phone and let us know how it goes.

I always use the same Wi-Fi network to connect Google Home to the TV.

Please note that we have very limited support for third-party devices with a built-in Google Assistant. I wanted to confirm if this is the first time you’re linking your LG TV to the Google Home app? Are you able to control your TV in the LG ThinQ app? Is its built-in Google Assistant working with voice commands?
