Both my WiFi lights will not work properly 1 shows as offline in Google home and they won't turn on or off

What type of wifi lights are they? Much more info needed. Are the lights powered on? Do they have a hub (like hue devices) and is the hub connected properly? Have you powered off then repowered the devices? What happens when you say "hey Google, sync my devices"

They are LED strip lights powered from usb no hub just use my phone tried disconnecting from power and unlinking from smartlife app and resetting etc if I say sync devices it says 4 devices are unavailable
