Bacteria Prevention mode will activate if the domestic water hasn’t been heated for&amp;nbsp;at least two&amp;nbsp;consecutive hours&amp;nbsp;in the last 48 hours. If you want to turn this feature off, you can go to Settings on the thermostat itself and then to Equipment &amp;gt; Continue &amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;Bacteria Prevention and deactivate it.       <title>Hot water on when not scheduled</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our hot water is not scheduled to come on until 6am. Although at 9pm our radiator in bathroom(comes on when hot water is on) is very hot. Checked app and control and says water not on until 6...why is the boiler working when not scheduled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
