How to call Webhooks

Sorry if this looks like a cross-post, but I was surprised that 10 people didn't jump in and tell me how simple the think I want to do is, so I'm asking it a different way.

How do I call a webhook with my Google Home?

In my action, I've used "Call a webhook" and I'm now obliged to put something in "enter the name of your event handler". I don't have one. I simply want to go to a particular website and have the contents read back to me.

This doesn't seem like a complicated thing. Can anyone help, please?
