Smart floor licht nicht erreichbar

Hallo. Ich habe ein Problem dass mein Google home/Google Mini mein Licht nicht mehr anmachen kann ( smart floor)

Er sagt immer dass es im Moment nicht zu erreichen ist. Ich habe schon beide Systeme zurückgesetzt und neu verkuppelt, auf dem Kabel gezogen. Hat jemand vielleicht eine Lösung für das Problem?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check what's going on — are your smart light bulbs successfully set up on the same WiFi network where your speakers are connected? Could you try these steps:

Say the voice command, “Hey Google, sync all devices."
Unlink and relink your Smart light on your Google Home app.
Reboot your router, Google Home speaker and smart lights.
