Nest installation

I am installing my Nest thermostat. I went through the set up and got it working, but all it had was heat- no a/c.

So I deleted it and started over, but it is not asking me to connect to wifi now. HELP!!!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with connecting your Nest Thermostat to your Wifi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
Were you able to set up the cooling after resetting it?
