Hi, is it possible from home script editor to start an automation using voice recognition. For example when i say" Hey Google, good morning" start a different automation from when my wife says " Hey Google, good morning" knowing that google knows my voice and my wife's voice.

You can do this if you create a virtual button in Google Playground, then in both of your good morning routines you use the specific virtual button. And create the routine via script, being activated by the button.

It will work because I created a routine like this with virtual buttons, and it worked really well. Although anyone who activates the virtual button can perform the routine too.
