I’ve got the attaching wiring right now, wondering if I hooked up. My Nest Thermostat correct.

Hey, yeah my thermostat is always showing 32 degrees for some reason. I moved to a new house and installed it and can’t figure out the 32 degrees and why it doesn’t reset. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I have sensors which I just changed the thermostat to use those. Any suggestions? I’m wondering if during the move the thermostat was damaged.

Thanks for the response. I'd love to know more about this. Is the 32 degrees showing as the ambient temperature? If possible, please share a photo of your Nest Thermostat.
