Sharing routines

First, I should be able to delete any and all routines, but don't appear to be able to delete packaged personal routines such as 'Good Morning.'

The problem is that I also can't create a good morning household routine because of the personal routine that can't be deleted. My wife is unable to control our automated devices when I'm traveling because my good morning and good night routines don't recognize her. How do I resolve?
