Google Hub does not recognise AC

Hello!

I recently bought a Panasonic AC and connected it through the Miraie app to my Google Hub, but the AC shows not available or offline in google hub but it can be seen online in Miraie App.

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Do you have home members in the Google Home app? If yes, check if the Miraie app is linked to their Google Home account. If so, try doing the steps below:

Open the Google Home app > Create a new home
Reboot the router and restart your phone.
Force close and reopen the Google Home app.
Within the new home, link your Miraie account.
