Automation setup help

I configured the Google home app by connecting it with the Biticino home+control app.
Trying to configure an automation I am unable to drive a roller shutter which on home+control is set to operate with the opening level rather than with open/close.
I can control the other shutters set with open/close in the automations.
Can you tell me how to solve it?

If your device is linked successfully in the Google Home app, could you send us a photo of the exact display you're getting from the Home app? Also, what are the commands you have tried when trying to control it?

We'd love to know more details about it so we can further check what are the steps we can try to resolve this.
