I have like 8 nest thermostats and I am gonna have to change out all of them which nest have an swap out program

Thanks for checking it with us. I'm sorry for the delay and for the trouble this has caused you. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? What is the model number of your Navien combo heating system? Could you please share with us the photo of the wires connected to your system's control board?
