&lt;P&gt;That’s odd! Let’s further look into it. A few questions: what’s the make and model of your smart lights? Do you have other Google Home devices aside from your Google Nest Mini? If yes, are you getting the same behavior if you use it to control your smart lights? What are the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried? Try to use Google Assistant on your phone to control your smart lights. Let me know if it gives you the same behavior.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I have a problem with my google nest mini</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have smart lights connected to my google nest and I have a command to turn the lights down low and it does the command when told but I always get feedback saying it can't connect to the lights even though they just got changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
