    <description>&lt;P&gt;#cync by GE products. I’ve updated firmware on everything lightbulbs plugs light strips. When I reboot the gateway plug it works for a while, but then stops working. I don’t have this problem my Phillips lights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve got quite an investment in the Cync products before I get rid of them and tell the world to run away from these products, are there any options to make this product work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A few questions: are you trying to control your Cync by GE devices using any Google Home or Google Nest speakers or display? Are they still working when you're using Cync by GE app? Also, are you getting any message when controlling your lights?&lt;/P&gt;
