Relaxing Sounds stop abruptly

This week or last, relaxing sounds began to stop playing after less than a minute, sometimes a matter of ten seconds. I have them automatically set to play on my bedtime routine, and they either don't play at all, or when I ask them to play, they stop shortly after starting.

I haven't done anything to troubleshoot yet, like restart.

Hi Scootmallard,

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s do some troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem.

Unplug the power cord from your Google Home device for a minute > Plug back in.
Command it to play a relaxing sound. If the issue persists;
Open the Google Home app > Devices > Tap your Google Home device > Settings > Remove device > Remove.
Back to the Devices tab, scroll down to Other cast or Local devices > Tap your Google Home device > Add to a room. Follow the instructions in adding it back to a room.
Ask it again to play a relaxing sound.

Factory reset fixed the issue. Went through all other troubleshooting options with support on the phone first. Only the factory reset worked.
