topic Nest camera video history playback not working in Home Automation

I'm trying to get review my video camera settings. LIVE Video works fine. However, in reviewing older videos, I only see images, no video. I did a factory reset (not realizing it), I redownloaded the NEST app from iOS, and it still has the same exact problem of only viewing images, instead of video. I've paid for the year subscription. How do I see older "videos" on my Apple iPhone?
