Is Thread network working?

I recently setup a Google Nest Hub Max. I'm trying to add a Matter-enabled device. The process does not complete and I get a message "Can't reach the Thread network". I have 2 questions:

1. How can I find details on the Thread Network provided by my Google Nest Hub Max?

2. How to verify that my Google Nest Hub Max is really acting as a Border Router?

Answered in your other post, mDNS discovery app look for meshcop , my own network has nest wifi pro and nest hub max, both appear. Regular nest hubs do not

mDNS discovery app runs indefenitively on my smartphone. No results get displayed.
