Global problem for Home/Away routines

Hello !

I bought last week Nest indoor camera, outdoor camera, and ring door.

Since, I don't understand how works routine or how to automate. I understood this is with Home/Away routines, and I configurated geolocalization in Google Home to dynamicaly set Home/Away.

But it doesn't work........I let my phone outside my home and enter in, and no alert from my indoor camera.

Google support say : there is a problem with routines, but no estimated time to recover.....

Do you face the same issue ?

How Google can anwer this ? All my hoem security will be manage by Google....(before I used Xiaomi, and no problem during 3 years....)

I'm using a lot of Google product, and don't want to go away from this env.
