Google TV and Amazon Prime Video Account

Hello everyone,

We have a Google TV and have logged into an Amazon Prime Video membership. The issue is that we are unable to find the login details or what account (email/phone) has been used to login.

Now we also have a Fire Stick which we want to use and want to use the same login credentials. How to proceed?
