All devices linked via Tuya app went offline

On 21 Nov 2023 (gmt +8), all devices and routines were still working as intended. Unfortunately, the next morning all devices appeared offline in Google Home app. However, these devices are still working in Tuya app and shows Online.

Devices currently working and connected in Google Home app are:

- Google Nest Hub

- Google Nest Mini

- Chromecast

- Dlink smart plug

The remaining devices are working in Tuya app but appears offline in Google Home app. I’ve tried rebooting router, unlink and re-link devices added in Tuya app to Google Home App, no avail.

Was there any update to cease support of these devices? I’m clueless and helpless. Help and advise are greatly appreciated!

Hi Souma85,

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. While the Tuya devices are showing offline in the Google Home app, can you still control them using your Google Home devices via voice command? What’s the iOS version of your phone? If you have another phone or tablet, check if your Tuya devices are also showing offline.

facing the same issue here! when it goes offline in the tuya app, and goes back online, in the tuya app the device is online but in the google app its offline.

I'm having the same issue and started a couple of days ago out of nowhere, they used to work normally
