Extremely Hot Dropcam!

One of my cameras is so Hot I unplugged it in fear of a fire. My other camera, same model, is not hot at all. Both are in air conditioned rooms away from direct sunlight.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing a hot temperature with your Dropcam! I would love to look into this for you and see what can be done. How long have you experienced this issue? And what other troubleshooting steps have you done?
