Chromecast Update

Hallo ich habe mir vor 2 Wochen einen Chromecast mit Google TV gekauft leider ist mir auf gefallen das der noch auf Android TV 10 läuft und die Konkurrenz schon bei Android TV 12/13 ist das passt meiner Meinung nicht. Wird das Update noch ausgerollt werden?

Google haven't made any announcements in that regard.

This is mostly a user to user community, therefore if this is important to you, I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.

Thanks davidking for the information.

For firmware updates, they are downloaded and installed automatically. There's no option to force a firmware download and install, but as new firmware becomes available, it is rolled out promptly to devices. Just make your devices are connected to the network.
