Pause device function does not work

Similar to others the Pause device function no longer works. Also it does not show which devices are online.

So my daughters Chromebook can be online but it won’t show that it is online and Family pause doesn’t work to stop the device.

other threads had to do a factory reset. I don’t want to do that.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Google Wifi. The issue that you're having could be caused by alot of things. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

When did the issue start?
Is it happening to all of the devices connected to your Wifi?
