Motion sensor on Nest hub

Nest Hub is equipped with some sort of motion sensor (ultrasonic I think) and it is already used by Google to set Home presence in the Home app..

The question is, will it ever by enabled to be used in routines (scripted or not)?
It would be a great addition and would open up to different new applications!
