Hi CJONES2,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located? To compare, could you please share with us your thermostat's power readings when the power wire is connected to RH and RC?

Check out this guide to gather your thermostat's power readouts:

Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.

Go to Settings.

Look for Technical Info.

Select Power.

Best,

Got the error 24 - RH wire not working. Google technician had me move the wire from RH to LH.. now NEST will not work with Alexa. Alexa states that it cannot connect to heater. I have both a furnace and AC. It’s an HVAC system. Also, NEST keeps reverting back to AWAY or Eco to a very low temperature, which I do not want it to do. Do I need to move the wire back from LH to RH?
