Apps wont show on Nest hub 2

2 days after buying, the apps tab for my Nest hub 2 gen (Guik2) stopped showing.

When I swipe up to see them like it used to happen, There isn't a section for apps nor show all apps, only the basic controls.

Already tried rebooting, and telling the assistant to show the all apps tab don't work either

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen concern. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. You can try the factory reset; this erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again.
