I wanted to check if you still needed help. Were you able to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/48OXJyN" target="_blank"&gt;contact our support team&lt;/A&gt; as suggested by MplsCustomer above? If yes, how was it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you haven’t done so already, to completely isolate the hardware issue, let´s factory reset the device. Follow the steps below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Save any video history on the device, if any. Follow&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/42NPKyj" target="_blank"&gt; this guide&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3XcOROB" target="_blank"&gt;Unmount&lt;/A&gt; the device and then connect it to the USB cable and power adapter, if applicable.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/4392mQI" target="_blank"&gt;Reset&lt;/A&gt; the device to factory settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Remove and add the device back to the Google Home/Nest app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Observe the device to see if the issue persists. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;
