I’m having problems getting a doorbell chime for my nest. Google says they are out of stock. I also was told that the doorbell will no longer work and in order for my doorbell to work I will have to buy a new one. I had my doorbell less the 5 years that should have been told to nest users that their products have a limited life span. So we suppose to spend $2-300 dollars every 5 years? Unreal. They also informed me that there will be no more internet connection.

This is a community forum, and I'm just another Google Nest customer. But I have a few questions.

What doorbell chime are you trying to buy from Google? I didn't think they even sold one. Why do you need a doorbell chime when you've had a Nest Hello doorbell for 4+ years?

What exactly is wrong with your 4-year-old Google Nest Hello Doorbell? What is it doing or not doing?

What do you mean by "there will be no more internet connection"?
