Hopper 3 not connecting to Google Home

I cannot get my hopper 3 to connect to Google assistant. Nor will my Google Home App connect to the hopper. The hopper shows up on the Google Home app but will not connect. Tries deleting it/ unblinking it but the main hopper will not delete.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried? Also would you mind telling me what a Hopper 3 is and what it does?
