What brand and model of alarm is it? Does the manufacturer documentation or support materials show that it is compatible with Google Home / Google Assistant?

My home service is optic fiber connects. It Telus alarm called Alarm.com

From a cursory search online I think the answer is no but only Telus can confirm for definite.

I believe the error is my google nest doesn't have Alarm.com as a choice to connect

I find hundreds of others but no Alarm.com.?

If you don't find it in the app as a service you can link, it's highly likely it's not supported. It's down to the device manufacturer to implement support for Google Home / Google Assistant.
