They sold me a $2,200 security system to protect my home and family only to stop supporting it a short few years later and won’t offer a refund but rather a $200 credit or a setup with ADT that no one is comparable to the one I have. I’ve spent hours dealing with this fiasco. Tomorrow I’m writing the attorney general in my state and filing a claim in small claims court.
