Nest App Presence Sensing Error

Presence sensing in my Nest app seems to be erroneously thinking I’m away when I’m home. The inverse occurs as well thinking I’m home when I’m away. It’s even switching to away overnight while I’m sleeping…at home. The presence sensing in the Google Home app seems to be working effectively. Unfortunately my Nest Guard isn’t able to arm through the Google app. *sad face*

What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
