For some reason chromecast isn’t working. Everytime I put a show on the tv it plays for legit 2 seconds then goes back to the google Home Screen what do I do

Hi Billie,

Are you using the power adapter that is supplied with the Chromecast?

If you are and still having the same issue then please try factory resetting the device.
