      <title>Nestcam not coming on line</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently changed my internet provider from BT to EE and have not been able to re install my two cameras. &amp;nbsp;I think I have followed all suggestions to the letter but no luck.. Still telling me 'something went wrong'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed instructions on how to revert to factory settings. &amp;nbsp;Switched the cameras off. &amp;nbsp;I understand that to install I switch the cameras back on and wait for the white light to turn blue before proceeding. &amp;nbsp;The light stays white.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried both scanning the QR codes and have found the camera's serial number and tried that route but all to no avail. &amp;nbsp;What can you suggest?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
