Hi guys , could someone help me understand my nest camera . When I’m watching the live stream after about 10 mins the viewing goes off and I have to restart it ? I can’t leave the camera on all day , can anyone tell me why please? my internet is brilliant so that’s not the problem. Kind regards Craig

If you have a 2nd gen Google Nest camera or doorbell that is running on battery power, you can only livestream for about 5 minutes. This is probably due to the fact that the device is running on battery power. See this Help topic:

thank you for your reply. It’s not battery camera. It’s electric and the upgrade version, I just don’t understand why it keeps going off . But thank you again. Regards Craig
