Family Bell settings not loading on iPhone apps

When I select Family Bell from settings menu on Google Assistant app and Google Home app, a blank page appears and nothing loads. Any help appreciated.

I think Google Nest is discontinuing Family Bell. Early this year, this was listed as one of the Google Assistant features being discontinued:

"Asking to schedule or hear previously scheduled Family Bell announcements. You can create a custom Routine that has similar behavior."

How do we cancel Family Bells constantly ringing?
