Add user, but not as Manager

Situation
In Google Home, I have two users: me and my wife: We're both listed as Managers.

I added another temporary person, a house sitter, and she's also listed as Manager.

Question

I don't want the house sitter to have Manager privileges, such as adding or removing devices, change settings, or edit users. All I want is turning lights on/off, adjusting the Nest thermostat, and have Presence Sensing work.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately, all members of a Google Nest "household" or "home/structure" have full access to everything.
