Routine to stop a routine

I would like to create a routine that ACTIVATES or DEACTIVATES a routine,

Example, when I go on vacation I ask Google to set thermostat to ECO. it ignores all the other settings and maintains a lower or higher temperature dependent upon the set points.

I’d like to create a routine that changes a routine to DEACTIVATED.

EXAMPLE. currently a routine 'turns on the coffee lights' Which is a routine that turns on several lights at a particular level of dimming at 5am. In my Google Home system, I have 30+ such routines. Turning on/off lights, playing specific music, lowering shades, setting temperature, selecting ceiling fan speed. They need not work when I am on vacation.

I’d like a routine that pauses a select group of routines and sets the house at minimum activity. Calling it 'Low Power Mode.'

Hey Google, I’m going on vacation.

Set routine A to DEACTIVATED

set routine B to DEACTIVATED..etc.

set thermostat to ECO

Close all shades

Set lights to off

Set ceiling fan to low

And more…

Is there such a command that affects a routine? IFTTT?
