Google Home Fanimation and Lutron Radio Ra2

I have Google Home - I have Lutron Radio Ra2 for house lights and i have Fanimation for Fans / Lights. Everything worked up until we had a power outage a few days ago. I had to put everything back in the house/rooms etc.

Now

when i say turn on Bedroom 1 Fan Light - it turns on the Bedroom 1 Ceiling Light and the Fan Light

when i say turn o Bedroom 2 Fan Light - it turns on the Master Fan Light or it turns on all Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 lights

SO I unlinked both Lutron and Fanimation and Relinked both - put everything back in it's proper place etc and it didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled Google Home and still NO

I took out all the Fanimation devices and put them in a new room called FANS and I asked to turn on Bedroom 1 Fan Light and it turned on both lights. so still not working.

Ive spent the entire day and couldn't get it to work. It worked for 3 years and something went wrong somewhere. Need help from an expert

OH i tried changing names and it worked for one room and not the other so i put it back - I can't change names at this point because i also have SAVANT HOME CONTROL and have to pay 400.00 if i change any of the names to get them to program into SAVANT. HELP
