If you have forgotten your Gmail password and do not have access to the recovery email associated with your account, you can still attempt to recover your account using your registered phone number. Follow these steps to initiate the account recovery process:

Visit the Google Account Recovery page: Go to the Google Account Recovery page by clicking on the following link: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
Enter your email address: Enter the email address of the Gmail account you are trying to recover.
Click on "Forgot password?": Below the password field, click on the "Forgot password?" option.
Provide any last known password: If you remember any of your previous passwords, enter it. If not, click on the "Try another way" option.
Use your registered phone number: Google may provide an option to send a verification code to the phone number linked to your account. If you have access to this phone, select this option.
