Why are all devices gone from Google Home App

Added 3 Nest Thermostats (required using Nest App to install). They are now visible in my Google Home App - but my Wifi Router is not there. I can't do anything from the Home App (Speed Test, Mesh Test). All those devices are gone but I can manage the Thermostats. How do I get all those devices back in the app?

Router and Wifi are working fine - I just cant manage them from the Google Home App now.

Is it possible you’ve got 2 separate home structures?

At the top of the Google Home app, tap the down arrow next to the name of your home. You’ll see a list of your homes at the bottom of the screen.
