Replaced an old nest last year in 23. Believe I connected to nest app not Google nest . Now the new nest will not connect to nest app or router- I won’t even find broadcast WiFi signals ? My apple phone does my tv does? I’ve tried to reset I’ve tried loading Google home app I’ve tried calling internet company and they said it’s a bad nest. Google is absolutely no help because they have no live humans to talk to only help menus. Any suggestions?
