    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve had my smarthq linked to Google home for a few months with no issue and now all of a sudden all the smart hq appliances “couldn’t be reached” in Google home and are all grey. I’ve unlinked my smart hq account and then relinked it, the appliances were all detected and setup in rooms again, but still greyed out and can’t be reached???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
