   &lt;LI&gt;Is it 1Gen or 2Gen?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When did the inconvenience start?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you getting any error messages?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;How far is the camera from the router?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Do you have other Nest devices in the house?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What's the status LED light?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
