To provide the best support, please let me know if you encountered any issues during the setup process. Also, please specify which generation of Google Nest Mini you have. You can find this information in the article Google Nest speakers and displays.

Before setting up the Nest Mini, ensure you have:

Latest version of the Google Home app and Google Assistant app.
A Google Account.
A mobile device (Android 9.0 or later, iOS 16.0 or later) with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi capabilities (WPA-2 Enterprise networks are not supported) and Bluetooth enabled
A stable internet connection and secure wireless network
If you use Duo for video calling, please use the same Google Account in both Duo and in the Google Home app.
