    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Since purchase, my Nest Pro touch screen has not worked properly. If I tap/slide lightly or more forcefully, the touch screen does not respond. I have tried to contact customer service to obtain a new screen or troubleshoot, but I cannot find a phone number or customer service agent, real or virtual, to discuss my issue.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;looking for guidance...please help me contact someone in customer service to discuss my issue..&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;William&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

Go to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Under "&lt;STRONG&gt;Resources&lt;/STRONG&gt;", just click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)&lt;BR /&gt;5.
